Current responsibilities and work history

Roger Lambert, CPA, is TECO’s vice president, finance. He oversees TECO’s treasury management, financial planning and budgeting, accounting and audit, human resources, procurement and insurance program. He also attends and reports at TECO’s Board of Director, Finance Committee and Compensation Committee meetings.

Roger has filled multiple roles within the company. He was TECO’s staff accountant from 1989 to 1993, handling duties such as staff level accounting, payroll, financial analysis and budget preparation.  He was TECO’s controller from 1993 until 1998 and was responsible for TECO’s information systems from 1994 until 1998. He also handled the procurement function from 1993 until 2003.
