Job Title: Training Coordinator

We currently have one opening for an experienced Training Coordinator with experience in a similar plant environment. This person must be able to administer, facilitate, develop and deliver training programs for new and existing operations and maintenance employees who operate and maintain chillers, boilers, turbines and other plant equipment. Once selected, the successful candidate will be working in a thermal energy plant environment in one of the largest District Energy Plants in the U.S. This person must be able to administer, facilitate, develop and deliver training programs for new and existing operations and maintenance employees.

This person will collaborate with management, supervisors and employees to determine needed training and appropriate learning outcomes. This person will work closely with in-house trainers, designated subject matter experts, various staff members, and external experts. This person will develop and maintain a personal understanding of TECO site specific equipment and systems and their operational and maintenance requirements.

Educational and/or experience requirements consist of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and three to five years experience in developing and delivering training programs for operations and/or maintenance personnel in an industrial plant. Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience is desirable.
