Congratulations to TECO’s Jason Berrio, Outstanding Graduate!
TECO’s Vice President of Plant Operations Jason Berrio, PE, has been named an Outstanding Executive Master of Business Administration Student by the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business.
Jason is one of just nine 2021 Bauer graduates to be recognized for their academic achievement. (See Bauer College’s news article.) He has dedicated his weekends and “free time” over the past several years to complete the program, much of which was conducted in person until the pandemic moved instruction online. Jason’s new degree complements his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree, also from the University of Houston.
Jason joined TECO in 2017 and is responsible for TECO’s plant operational leadership, National American Electric Reliability Corp. compliance, energy efficiency and management, and fuel procurement. Kudos to Jason on his graduation and his award. It is well-earned! Learn more about Jason.
