Thermal Energy Corporation dedicated its new flag plaza to Dr. Richard E. Wainerdi, retiring president and CEO of the Texas Medical Center, during ceremonies on April 10. The Richard E. Wainerdi Flag Plaza honors Dr. Wainerdi’s leadership of the Texas Medical Center during an era of unprecedented growth and his unwavering support of TECO. Numerous TECO and Texas Medical Center institution colleagues, friends and family members attended.
